Sarah Clingman is a Columbia native and a graduate of Columbia College and the University of South Carolina School of Law. Her practice is devoted exclusively to Elder Law, including estate, trust, and disability planning; probate; protective proceedings; long-term care planning; and benefits eligibility analysis.

She has been practicing locally for over 35 years and has been a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) since 2006, a specialization offered by the National Elder Law Foundation and recognized by the South Carolina Supreme Court.
