Sarah Clingman is a native of Columbia and a graduate of Columbia College and the University of South Carolina School of Law. Her practice is devoted exclusively to Elder Law, including estate, trust and disability planning, probate, protective proceedings, long term care planning and benefits eligibility analysis.

She has been practicing locally for over 35 years and has been a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) since 2006, a specialization offered by the National Elder Law Foundation and recognized by the South Carolina Supreme Court.
